What I do

It depends on what you need. I can build a tool around how your team works and hand it over to you, with the code on your own systems. You can use one of my ready-made tools on a subscription, like a competitor watch that emails you your competitors' moves every week, each one linked to its source. Or I train you or your team, by the hour or with a set number of hours over a few months.

How I work

• How we work and what it costs depends on what you need: a tool built and handed over to you, a ready-made tool on a subscription, or hours to train your team. You get it in writing before anything starts.
• Open-book on what I'm doing and why. You see the work as it happens.
• When I build a tool for you, you own the code and the data. I don't lock anyone in.
